What should we wear?
The entire group needs to dress similarly. When I say the entire group, I mean the entire group. The children and even the baby need to be in similar colors. Long sleeved white or denim shirts look best, short sleeves are OK, but no sleeveless tops. Beige slacks or blue jeans, chose either shorts or long pants for the group. Women can where a similar colored skirt if preferred. Make sure everyone has a belt, or no belt, just so it's consistent.

We have several long sleeved white shirts if you need one, just let us know.

How long does it take?
We only have two outdoor sessions per day, Sunrise and Sunset, and both are extremely time sensitive. The entire process takes about 2 hours. So plan on arriving at the beach about a half an hour before sunrise, or 1-1/2 hours before sunset. Larger groups take longer so plan accordingly.

When will we see the images?
Images are available for viewing in a couple of days. If you're local, or visiting the area for an extended period of time you can make the final decision in person. If you're returning home I will send you an email copy with my preferred choices. If you require printed proofs, a $250 payment is required and will be credited to your order.

What will the total cost be?
In most cases customers purchase a larger wall portrait. Prices vary depending on the size, mounting, shipping, and if additional artwork is required. Usually customers purchase additional prints for other family members, a great gift for the grandparents. In general, plan on a minimum of $500.

When do we need to make a reservation?
There's only one sunset everyday so as soon as you know the dates your going to be in the Clearwater Beach area, make the reservation. If you're visiting, early in your trip is usually better. Sunburn and raccoon eyes require additional (cost) artwork to repair. A $175 creation fee is due at the time of scheduling your reservation.
